Non-resident visitors must be registered with Glanfar Meadows before entering the farm. The lead guest remains responsible for ensuring their visitors follow site rules.
Registration does not automatically entitle visitors to use restricted facilities, private farm areas or organised activity areas unless Glanfar has expressly permitted this. Existing activity bookings continue to control participation.

These website terms explain the website, enquiry and online booking service. Direct online bookings are also governed by the Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Information on this website
We aim to keep descriptions accurate and useful. Rural conditions, routes, public transport, attraction opening times and facilities can change. Check time-sensitive information before relying on it.
Bookings and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Where online booking is available, the website checks availability and calculates the price before opening Stripe Checkout. A direct online stay is reserved only when the server has verified the required payment and the booking system records the appropriate booking status. Returning to the website after payment is not itself proof of payment or confirmation.
Advance bookings normally use a £29.99 deposit that is credited towards the stay, with the remaining agreed balance due four calendar days before arrival. Detailed payment, cancellation, refund, extras and saved-payment-method terms are set out in the Booking & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of a direct online booking. Card details are entered with Stripe; Glanfar Meadows does not store the full card number or card security code.
Walks and local information
Walking descriptions are general visitor guidance rather than live navigation. Guests remain responsible for choosing a route suitable for their party, using legal rights of way, checking conditions and supervising children and dogs.
