Hard-standing pitches
A practical base for touring units, with room to get settled and enjoy the stay rather than spending the first hour wrestling with the pitch.
Your space at Glanfar
Six hard-standing pitches form the main campsite, with electric hook-up on every pitch and the breathing space of a small working-farm setting in Staffordshire.
Small site, proper space
Glanfar is deliberately small. There are six main hard-standing pitches, so the site keeps the relaxed, personal feel that makes a countryside stay worthwhile.
Each pitch has an electric hook-up. You are close to the practical campsite facilities, but still surrounded by the greenery, birds and everyday life of Green Lane Farm.
A Staffordshire base
Glanfar Meadows sits at Green Lane Farm in Burntwood, giving guests a countryside base with Burntwood close at hand and straightforward routes towards Lichfield, Chasewater and Cannock Chase.
For the practical side of a stay, see our campsite facilities, current camping prices and arrival guidance. For days out, our local attractions guide brings the main nearby options together in one place.
Good to know
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The main pitches are hard-standing with electric hook-up, and the site keeps the personal feel of a family-run working farm rather than a large holiday park.
Check availabilityThe practical bits
Nothing overcomplicated. The essentials are there, and the site is continuing to improve them without losing its simple rural character.

Hook-up
Electric hook-up is already included as part of the pitch set-up, keeping the booking simple and the arrival straightforward.
Next improvement
The next planned upgrade is outside water provision at each pitch, making everyday topping-up even easier as Glanfar continues to develop.
More than a square of hard-standing
This is Green Lane Farm, not a row of identical bays. Hens wander about, mature trees break up the view and the pace is set by the farm rather than an entertainment schedule.
The photographs here are the real Glanfar: the birds, the open space and the mature tree line around the site. It is the sort of place where you can arrive, put the kettle on and feel settled surprisingly quickly.
